Our Principles

Our principles are in concurrence with our credo and are the code of our business that all at Janbros follows wherever they are.  It also supports our approach to governance and corporate responsibility.

Standard of Conduct

The way Janbros conducts its business operation is with honesty, integrity, transparency, and with respect to all with whom it is associated.

Obeying the Law

The management at Janbros and its employees are required to respect and comply with the laws and regulations of the countries in which it operates.


Janbros feels enthusiastic about diversity in a working environment. It believes in mutual trust, respect, and responsibility towards employees own work for the company’s and their own reputation and performance. Our recruitment, employment, and promotion depend on employee qualification, experience, and the ability to perform. We are committed to safe and healthy working conditions for all employees. There is no room for forced, compulsory, or child labor at Janbros. We are committed to working with employees to develop and enhance each individual’s skills and capabilities to give them opportunity so they may not feel left behind. We respect the dignity of not only our employees but all, and believe in their freedom of association and free thinking.


Janbros is dedicated to providing quality products and services always at a lower price. We intend to accurately and properly label, advertise, and communicate our products to our consumers.

Business Partners

Janbros is dedicated in what it does and has mutually beneficial relations with its suppliers, customers, and business partners. In our business dealings we expect our business partners to adhere to our business principles.

Community Involvement

Janbros aims to be a trusted corporate citizen wherever it is involved in whatever way. The purpose of its community involvement is to positively impact the communities. We do this by giving philanthropy, and promoting goodwill and building relationship both inside and outside the company. Whether it's a city or a neighborhood, we help develop communities fostering a good place to live, work, and raise and educate children to become good citizens.

Public Activities

Janbros companies are encouraged to promote and defend their legitimate business interests. It will cooperate with governments and other organizations, both directly and through bodies such as trade associations, in the development of proposed legislation and other regulations which may affect legitimate business interests.

The Environment

Janbros believes in the conservation of natural resources, prevention of pollution. We will work with our suppliers to protect, improve, and preserve the natural environment.


Janbros does not advocate “cut throat competition”; does not believe in putting small units out of business.  Janbros believes in energetic yet fair competition, so consumers may be at the benefit.

Business Integrity

Janbros believes in the saying of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), “when you do business, do it as if you are going to live forever.” Without integrity in life, there is no life, and without integrity in business, the business is short lived.  Janbros and its employees do not and must not give or receive bribes in cash or kind for any business gains. Any demand or offer for a bribe must be rejected immediately and reported to the management.

Conflicts of Interests

Janbros’ management and employees are advised to not employ in any activity that conflict with the nature of the activity at work. No body at Janbros must misuse their position for any work and/or benefit themselves.
